Job Overview

A Motor Specialist transforms vehicles through paint jobs, vinyl wrapping, and finishing techniques. They ensure high-quality workmanship, precision, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Preparation
  • Inspect vehicles and assess surface conditions.
  • Remove dirt, grease, rust, or old paint/wraps using cleaning, sanding, or chemical solutions.
  • Mask or tape off areas not to be painted or wrapped (e.g., windows, trims, lights).
  • Smooth and prime surfaces to ensure flawless adhesion.
Painting and Wrapping
  • Mix and match automotive paints to achieve desired color and finish.
  • Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns or other techniques.
  • Ensure uniform coverage, proper curing, and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform touch-ups and polish to achieve a showroom-quality finish.
  • Measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to motorcycles, scooters, or other vehicles.
  • Use heat guns and application tools to stretch and position wraps smoothly without bubbles or creases.
Quality Control & Finishing
  • Inspect completed work for imperfections and correct them.
  • Perform finishing touches such as polishing, waxing, or ceramic coatings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for color matching.
  • 5 Years Experience with automotive painting, spray techniques, and wrapping tools.
  • Ability to work with precision under time constraints.
  • Creativity in design and customization.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of chemicals.
