Customer Service Representative

This position is accountable for ensuring that clients have an uninterrupted and satisfactory experience at the facility.

  • Coordinate daily reports to reconcile client bookings against reservation correspondence, notifying the Reservations team of any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping department to coordinate room status updates, including requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special arrangements, or VIP room assignments.
  • Manage lost items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Verify cash float accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
  • Provide support for official events and functions organized by the facility.
