About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM Performance Optimization Specialist to join our Global Data Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in deciphering and enhancing the performance of Large Language Models across various metrics.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing tests to measure the performance of LLMs and related products
- Assisting in the development of automated evaluation and testing processes
- Collaborating with product managers and analysts to bolster our performance analysis initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong command of English, with outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Proficiency in critical thinking and establishing frameworks for performance assessment
- Intelligent and meticulous individuals adept at content comparison and analysis within set frameworks
- The ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail
- A profound interest in the world of Large Language Models
Prior experience in evaluating NLP models and search product performance is highly desirable. Candidates will be required to complete a written assessment before proceeding to the interview stage.
