Job Description

As a Key Account Manager - Agent Business Development, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, and negotiating contracts to secure deals. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration with agents, monitor agent performance, and provide feedback or solutions for improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role with a focus on business development and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and agent network model.
