Main Responsibilities:- Transport Supervision: Supervise and manage the efficient operation of transport services, ensuring timely delivery and safe transportation of goods.
- Team Leadership: Develop effective relationships with internal customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaboration: Interact with various departments to plan, evaluate, and coordinate activities, promoting seamless communication and cooperation.
- Work Environment Safety: Assess the work environment, products/equipment, and processes to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to subordinate staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Strategic Planning: Strong planning and organizational skills to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to motivate and direct teams towards achieving goals.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Driving License: Valid driving license required for frequent travel between locations.

- Salary: SGD 8,000 - SGD 10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
