Job Overview\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading equipment performance improvements, reliability and efficiency within the Laser Scribing, Mechanical Break and Laser Lift Off processes in the Diefab and TFFC manufacturing process.\

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Manage a team of equipment technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance and meet throughput targets\
  • Oversee fault investigations, optimize machine performance and maintain equipment spare parts inventory\
  • Develop and implement strategies for ongoing equipment enhancements, including upgrades, modifications, obsolescence mitigation\
  • Mentor and lead a team of equipment engineers and technicians in fault investigations, troubleshooting equipment issues\
  • Review and improve maintenance controls and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan\
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop engineering systems (applications) to drive productivity improvement and error proofing\

Requirements:\
  • \
  • 10+ years experience in Laser Scribe, Laser Lift Off, Mechanical Break processes within the semiconductor manufacturing industry\
  • Knowledge in Database (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and programming\
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical/Computer Science\

Preferred Qualifications:\
  • \
  • ASM/ALSI Laser 1205, Disco Laser Scribe/Stealth Dicing, JPSA or IPG Laser Lift-OFF expertise\
  • Application experience in SECS-GEM configuration for process monitoring and data extraction\
  • Experience in server maintenance, application development\
  • Experience in dashboard/report creation with Power BI\
  • SPC knowledge and Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable\
