Job Title: Senior Repair Specialist

The Role:

As a skilled technical lead, you will oversee and guide technicians in on-site repair procedures. You will utilize a specialized system to update job status and perform various tasks as assigned by management.

  • Lead and train technicians in on-site repair techniques
  • Conduct on-site repairs of Samsung CE products using a designated system
  • Update job status utilizing the system
  • Assume other duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate:

Must possess a minimum GCE 'O' level qualification or above with excellent English communication skills and a valid Class 3 driving license. Basic electronic and electrical knowledge is essential for this role.

Prior experience in on-site repair is highly valued, and the ability to work as a team player with strong problem-solving skills is crucial for success.
