Senior Software Development Strategist

This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
- Leads cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develops and implements project plans, schedules, and risk assessments for timely success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fosters team cohesion through daily meetings, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Maintains open communication with stakeholders, team members, and leadership on project status, progress, and issues.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, and resource allocation for optimal project efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
- Contributes to application architecture design in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Develops REST APIs, web applications, or backend services using .NET technologies.
- Reviews code, provides feedback, and enforces best practices for software development.
- Debugs, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues in production and staging environments.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment pipelines is highly desirable.
