At CONNECT CENTRE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and performing various functions within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the HR & Finance Department.
  • Administrative Duties: Your primary focus will be on day-to-day administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment & selection, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Supportive Roles: You will assist in other functions such as benefits administration, payroll, training & development, and performance management.
  • Disciplinary Support: You will provide support to line managers and staff on disciplinary issues and company HR policies.
  • Documentation: You will assist in preparing and issuing HR-related letters or memos to employees.

In addition, you will manage the HRS system, leave tracking record, staff docket, and employee personal files. You will also oversee the application, renewal, and cancellation processes of work passes, including pre- and post-requisites. Furthermore, you will assist in submitting governmental surveys and requests, as well as prepare and file employee income tax returns.

Requirements
  • Qualification: A minimum Diploma-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in Human Resources is necessary.
  • Computer Skills: You must be well-versed in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Work Style: You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have basic salary ranging from $2,400 to $2,600 per month, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Our headquarters is located at 203 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park #10-13 Wing A Singapore 159546. Occasionally, you may need to travel to our branch office at 3015A Ubi Road 1 #03-01 Singapore 408705 for new employee orientation.
