About the Role

As a Senior Technical Architect or Data Engineering Lead at STRIPE PAYMENTS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a critical role in Stripe's payment processing system, which handles hundreds of billions of dollars in card payments annually.

Your team owns the post-transaction system responsible for reconciling money, tracing the end-to-end flow of funds, and ensuring Stripe can close its books and meet financial obligations to merchants and partners.

The Reconciliation Platform team is essential for running a payment business, and given Stripe's significant transaction volume, engineers on our team have the opportunity to:

  • Build the next generation Reconciliation platform that integrates global card network reports with internal payment data for settlement, dispute, and cost processes.">

Your Responsibilities

  2. 6+ years of professional software development experience.">
  3. Either a Bachelor's degree in a technical field involving coding (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics) or equivalent technical experience.">
  4. Worked on projects which have involved multiple engineering teams.">
  5. Empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep respect for the power of collaboration.">
  6. A learning mindset, regardless of level or experience.">
