Job Description

At Project U PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the HR Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including providing assistance to staff members, scheduling meetings, and performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of payroll and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
