Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Diploma or degree in Medical Technology with Medical Technologist License and Malaria Parasite License.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a clinical laboratory setting with a supervisory role in managing operations and staff.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead, supervise, guide, and train subordinates.
    • Confident, resilient, result-oriented, and a team player.
    • Decision-making capability for problem-solving and ability to work with the general public.
    • Good analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure.
