Software Solutions Developer Position

Seeking a skilled Software Solutions Developer to join our organization.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
  • Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures.
  • Develop custom software applications or configure third-party tools to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or consulting.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in client-facing roles or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or industry-specific platforms.
  • Certification in cloud platforms or project management.
