Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Body Therapist Reflexologist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality body treatments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Massage customers and administer other body treatments.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments, and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
  • Knowledge of TCM Cupping, Scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina is highly desirable.
  • Maintain a high level of professional customer service.
  • Create an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with a Diploma certification in a relevant field.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Minimum 3 years or more of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good hygiene practices, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility are necessary.
