Taking on a key role in the procurement function, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of procurement activities. This includes staying up-to-date with procurement policies and guidelines to guarantee compliance and timely submissions.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of procurement policies and guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Producing tender documents, contract drafts, and purchase orders in line with procurement procedures.
- Supporting sourcing efforts through market research and supplier engagement with stakeholders.
- Providing detailed analysis and recommendations to evaluation committees.

In addition, this role involves administrative tasks such as inventory management, report creation, and fostering relationships with suppliers. Successful candidates will also work closely with the facilities management team to oversee all facility-related procurements and requisitions.
Requirements:
- A diploma in supply chain management or equivalent, combined with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, tendering, contract drafting, and report writing.
A strong grasp of negotiation techniques, market analysis, report writing, Microsoft Office, and procurement processes is essential for success in this role.
