Job Description

This position is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating digital marketing strategies, and engaging with online audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and create content calendars and posting schedules
  • Respond to customers' enquiries/feedback/review on email and social media platforms
  • Help manage social media presence and engagement
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced settings
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
