Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Horticulturist / Arborist to join our team at YONG AIK CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. As a key member of our landscape operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, planning and coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape site operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects
• Develop and implement site plans and coordinate with team members to achieve project goals
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Lead and manage a team of site personnel to achieve project objectives
• Identify and troubleshoot site problems, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Prepare and submit various reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Management
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of plants and trees, with a focus on arboriculture and horticulture
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient in MS Office and computer-aided design software
• Possess a Class 3 driving license and be willing to travel to site locations
• ISA Certified and able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
