Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and finance, with experience in working with large datasets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing advanced data management procedures, tools, and methodologies to address the complex and evolving needs of the Commodity & Equity Derivatives market.

  • Establish and implement advanced data management procedures, tools, and methodologies to address the complex and evolving needs of the Commodity & Equity Derivatives market.
  • Leverage mathematical and statistical techniques to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of data processes, ensuring optimal data flow across the organization.

The Equity Data Analyst will work closely with the product team to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions to enhance our clients' business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Derivatives industry (sales or trading) - sell-side or buy-side.
  • Experience in ETL processes and broader data workflow engineering concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python or R, big data - an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to facilitate data management processes and solutions.
