Job Description
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines for product development, registration, and marketing
  • Lead regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities to obtain and maintain approvals for therapeutic products within the designated region
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and assess their impact on product development and commercialisation strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Quality Assurance, and Commercial etc. to support regulatory requirements and timelines
  • Provide regulatory guidance and expertise to stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy and related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs within the Healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry
  • Regional experience with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes for registration and post-market compliance
  • Proven ability to lead regulatory submissions and engage with health authorities effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
