Operations Director

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a bar, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique wine experience for patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead and train the bar staff to provide excellent customer service and expand their knowledge of different types of wine.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase revenue, while maintaining operational costs under control.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events that enhance the bar offerings.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager, preferably in a wine-focused restaurant.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of wine, wine regions, and food and wine pairing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving bar revenue and achieving targets.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for patrons.
