Deliveroo Installation Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented installation technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful installation of our devices in restaurants across Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing on-site installations of Deliveroo tablets and related hardware
  • Setting up and configuring devices for first-time use, including logging in merchants to their accounts
  • Providing basic operational guidance to ensure merchants can confidently start using the device
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism as the on-site representative of our company

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Motorbike licence and own motorbike (required)
  • Comfortable travelling independently to multiple locations each day
  • Attention to detail when following setup processes and completing forms
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
