Job Title: Quantum Surveyor - Tender Expert

We are seeking an experienced Quantum Surveyor to join our team as a Tender Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, contracts management, or related field.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender cost estimates and tender documentation. They will also conduct site measurements when required, take-off quantities, manage procurement processes, and control costs. Additionally, they will prepare variation order claims and progress claims, and assist in finalizing project accounts.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey, Contracts Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out is essential. Prior experience in Interior Design/Renovation industries is an added advantage.


You should be an independent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software such as TEDDS, STAAD, BIM, Value Engineering, 3D, Estimates, Procurement, Structural Engineering, Engineering Design, Communication Skills, Team Player, Civil Engineering, Tendering, and Cost Control is necessary.


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
