Job Title: Network Communication Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our voice communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and Support of Voice Communication Systems: Establish, program, and maintain voice communication systems, including Local Area Networks (LANs) & Wide Area Networks (WANs)
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance on data or voice networks for internal and external customers, answer technical questions, recommend, and implement approved solutions.
  • Network Application Installation and Maintenance: Install network applications on network servers or voice equipment, maintain, test, research, and resolve problems.
  • Network Infrastructure Support: Support network infrastructure that may include routers, switches, gateways, firewall systems, and access points.
  • Unified Communication Solution Deployment: Experience in deploying unified communication solutions.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently (self-starter), adapt, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills.
  • Certifications and Exposure: Hold CCNA/CCNP certification; have good exposure in Unix or Linux environment; ability to speak Mandarin is a must.
