Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous assistance to patients and visitors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to patient and visitor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide guidance and support to patients and visitors navigating the hospital facilities.
    • Perform front desk duties, including receiving and directing patients and visitors.
    • Assist with the transportation of patients between locations.
    • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a 5-day week, including weekends and public holidays if rostered.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, including morning shifts starting from 6:30 am.
