Senior Test Lead

As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a key role in leading and managing end-to-end testing activities for Life Insurance Asia Claims systems and related integrations. Your expertise will drive the design, review, and implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

  • You will coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement coverage and defect resolution.
  • Manage a team of testers, providing mentorship, workload allocation, and quality oversight across multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance domain standards, claims processes, and system functionality in Asia market implementations.
  • Drive UAT support, defect management, and test reporting, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
