ENT Nurse Role Overview

The role of an Enrolled Nurse in our ENT department is to provide comprehensive nursing services and deliver quality medical care to patients. The nurse will work a rotation across three clinics every three months, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

  • Provide thorough nursing services to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care delivery.
  • Deliver medical care and counseling to patients, promoting health education and disease prevention.
  • Conduct basic triage and assist in minor procedures, demonstrating proficiency in clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of medication and perform quarterly stock checks to prevent errors and ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the ENT field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Nitec or Diploma in Nursing qualification, along with relevant certification and training.
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.

Working Conditions:

Our clinics operate Monday to Friday, with a standard working day of 5.5 days per week. Working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm and 8:30am to 1:30pm, providing a stable and predictable work schedule.
