Compassionate Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as a Clinic Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and management of patient records
- Dispensing medication under the supervision of a qualified medical professional
- Claim submission and processing
- Cashiering duties including payment collection
- Answering enquiries from patients and their families
- Performing phlebotomy procedures (trained personnel only)
- Chaperoning and assisting doctors with medical procedures
- Administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, and ordering medical supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Healthcare industry - preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with a high level of integrity
