APAC Procurement and Contracts Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead our logistics and contracts management efforts in APAC.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in logistics procurement and contracts management, with commercial business acumen across the region.
Key responsibilities include preparing and constructing commercial partnership contracts, working with regional legal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and screening potential vendors, leveraging synergies through cross-commercial partnerships, and onboarding new vendors.
- Develop strategic relationships with vendors and customers in the region.
- Collaborate with account and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and processing.
- Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure contractual and financial information is accurate.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in logistics procurement and contracts management.
- Sound operational knowledge and experience across all transportation modes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage vendors and customer senior management.
- Strong analytical skills relevant for the logistics industry.
