Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Automation Equipment Lead. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, resolving issues and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be valuable assets to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities
- Resolve system, network, and equipment problems to improve and sustain present manufacturing production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automation, computer, and/or electrical and electronics engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
- Prior experience in PLC-related automation projects
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in top-level assembly manufacturing environment, EMS preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
