This is a challenging opportunity to lead and inspire nursing teams in a clinical excellence-focused environment. As a key member of the healthcare leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing development within the nursing department.

Our hospital offers a comprehensive range of clinical specialties and healthcare services, including emergency, inpatient, rehabilitative, and outpatient specialist care. Our design aims to provide seamless integration with the surrounding community and nature, focusing on patient-centered services and integrated healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to lead our nursing teams and drive excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate nursing teams to achieve high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
  • Set performance expectations and provide continuous coaching and feedback to support staff growth and development.
  • Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and department heads to establish and implement clinical protocols grounded in best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while prioritizing patient safety and care quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution, along with post-basic qualifications in a relevant specialty.
  • Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in nursing administration, preferably involving hospital startups or expansions.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
