Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Academic Faculty in Nursing Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and teaching Nursing modules for Pre-Employment Training (PET) or Continuing Education and Training (CET) at the School of Health & Social Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions
  • Plan and develop course curricula
  • Supervise and assess students in clinical areas
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Nursing education
  • Relevant qualification in Nursing and recent practice experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Current and valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Chronic Disease Management, Critical Care, Diabetes Management & Education, Gerontology, Health Informatics, Medical-Surgical, Nephro-Urology, Paediatrics, Palliative Care, Perianesthesia, Simulation Based Learning, Community Health, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Perioperative

The successful candidate is expected to possess excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong commitment to academic excellence and a passion for nursing education are essential.

Remuneration and Benefits

The remuneration package includes a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits such as annual leave, medical insurance, and retirement plan.
