Role Summary

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Intern, you will play a key role in the design, development, and refinement of cutting-edge AI models that drive skill development, career pathing, and culture analytics.

  • Design and Refine AI Models: Assist in creating and fine-tuning AI models to deliver personalized recommendations for learning paths, career fits, and cultural insights.
  • Data Gathering and Annotation: Support data collection, cleansing, and annotation for pilot projects, ensuring high-quality datasets for AI training.
  • User Testing and Feedback Analysis: Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Research and Prototyping: Research the latest AI, ML, and data science trends and prototype intelligent algorithms for personalized recommendations.
  • Integration and Compliance: Ensure seamless integration of AI modules into the mobile/web platform and conduct compliance checks around data security, privacy, and ethical AI use.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Innovation: Present findings and progress to internal stakeholders, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication, teamwork, and curiosity for understanding human-centered AI applications.
