Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst (Compliance Specialist)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements in alignment with regulatory standards.

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights supporting compliance.

Develop and optimize business processes to meet regulatory standards.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication of regulatory requirements.

Implement solutions ensuring compliance, including testing for effectiveness.

Identify gaps in current processes and systems related to compliance and recommend improvements.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with compliance.

Develop detailed business requirements for systems and processes ensuring compliance.

Provide training and support on compliance and related processes.

Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • 12-15 years of IT work experience including 8-10 years managing complex projects at enterprise level with cross domain dependencies
  • Project Management certification is an added plus
  • Mandatory experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, PII Protection, and regulatory projects
  • Experience with multiple technologies and functions
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude
  • Strong capabilities in producing project reports
