Requirements:

  • PhD in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of food science and engineering principles, including food chemistry, food microbiology, and food processing.
  • Excellent experimental and analytical skills, with the ability to design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and industry partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
