Network Planning Expert
We are seeking a skilled Network Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our network planning department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective network services that meet product specifications and comply with industry standards.
Your primary focus will be on technical evaluation, proof of concept, and ensuring interoperability and integration into our network. You will engage with partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a fit-for-purpose and future-proof solution design that meets business objectives.
You will develop and review project documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, migration/implementation plans, and capacity planning for network infrastructure and devices.
Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end performance monitoring, ensuring network performance metrics and reliability KPIs are met. You will maintain documentation for design, maintenance, and operation of the network.
As a Network Planning Expert, you will provide technical advice and support on fault resolution during escalation. You will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, and 3-5 years of experience in field or service engineering, specifically on network and network security projects.
You will possess technical certifications in domains such as Data Center, Routing & Switching, Security, or Service Provider. You will have knowledge in LAN switching technologies, WAN and routing technologies, and network monitoring/performance measurement tools.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
