Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at MKS Global, a leading design and build company in Singapore specializing in workspace projects. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our design and build services, enhancing our brand presence, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to take on a challenging role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive results and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our office design and build services, including digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop high-quality content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) to showcase our projects and expertise, and enhance our brand presence.
  • Manage Website and Social Media Channels: Coordinate the update and maintenance of our website and social media channels to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate Marketing Materials: Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations, and collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the office design and build industry, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creative Mindset: A creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, etc.).

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
