Overview

The Production Operations Manager is a critical role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control.



Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production operations for the modular furniture line
  • Ensure production schedules are met and maintain quality control
  • Optimize workflow and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supervise and manage a team of production workers (400 & above)


Requirements
  • Willingness to be based in Vietnam
  • Diploma & above in Manufacturing or a related field
  • At least 7+ years of which two years of overseas manufacturing plant experience
  • Ability to handle up scaling of production operators to 700 - 1500
