About the Role:
Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to address the unique needs of B2 B audiences in the blockchain and crypto industries.
Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target and engage high-value accounts.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Strategically manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Linked In and Google Ads to drive qualified leads and achieve performance KPIs.
Continuously refine targeting, ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Work with designers and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging tailored to target audiences.
Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with revenue goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Linked In and Google Ads for B2 B audiences.
Ability to deliver well-thought-out campaign plans/proposals, leveraging past experience and tools like Google Keyword Planner, GA, etc.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Linked In Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience tying marketing performance to pipeline and revenue metrics.
Bilingual (Chinese/English), with strong communication and collaboration skills.
