As a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives in the private banking domain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and decision-making with senior stakeholders.

  • Drive solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical delivery management within the private banking / wealth management domain.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
