Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting Construction Sites Regularly: Identify and eliminate potential safety hazards on construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Enforcing Site Safety Rules: Minimize work-related accidents and injuries by enforcing strict adherence to site safety rules and regulations.
  • Supervising Sub-Contractors and In-House Workers: Monitor and oversee the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with Site Operations Staff: Work closely with other site operations staff to meet project schedules and deadlines, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Evaluating Installation Quality: Ensure that installation is carried out as per construction drawings, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintaining Progress and Quality: Continuously monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced construction environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
  • Proven experience in construction supervision or management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
