Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class customer service and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to clients upon entering and leaving the store, serving refreshments to enhance their arrival experience, and assessing and responding to client needs efficiently to ensure smooth in-store traffic flow.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, polished, and professional presence, be proactive in attending to client needs with grace and courtesy, and be open to working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
