Job Overview

Savills Property Management PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based on a property site, requiring the ability to work 5.5 days per week.

About the Role

The Accounts and Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for issuing cheques, preparing cash management forms weekly, maintaining cash books and petty cash, and keying in General Ledger and Accounts Receivable entries. Additionally, they will receive payments, issue receipts, and provide administrative and front desk support to residents and owners. The ideal candidate will also attend to enquiries, perform other job-related duties, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a minimum GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification and at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting/Administration. They should be proficient in MS Office applications and possess meticulous, resourceful, and motivated traits. Strong service-oriented and independent working abilities are essential.

The successful candidate will have skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Inventory, Property, Data Entry, MS Office, General Ledger, Accounting, Communication Skills, Cash Management, Administrative Support, Microsoft Word, Audit, and able to work independently. We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $4,000 - $5,500 per month (based on location and industry standards), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
