This is an IT Support Group driven by a shared purpose – to lend a helping hand to those in need, to be a source of support and healing, and to empower patients to live their best lives. As an Operational Assistant Manager, you will be a part of this mission by providing operational support to Retail Pharmacy Operations while also serving as a Marketing Specialist for various Allied Health & Pharmacy clinical areas under the purview of Chief, Allied Health and Pharmacy.
Main Objectives
The primary objectives of this role include optimizing retail pharmacy operations, delivering comprehensive marketing support, and managing assigned projects. To achieve these objectives, the successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, implement initiatives, track project milestones, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
