Executive Leadership Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence within the Division of Medicine/Paediatrics Academic Clinical Programme. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Support: Provide comprehensive clinical operations and administrative support, schedule meetings, develop agendas, record and maintain meeting minutes, create reports and provide data on an annual and/or ad-hoc basis.
  • Quality Enhancement: Foster a culture of safety and excellence by promoting quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with colleagues across institutions, including the SingHealth Duke-NUS Joint Office of Academic Office.
  • Culture Development: Encourage a culture of safety and excellence within the healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Business Management, or a related field with 8 years' relevant experience.
  • Additional coursework or demonstrated interest in science, healthcare, or medical research is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A team player with strong analytical, organisational and prioritising skills is required.
  • Experience in administration, stewardship and medical research is beneficial.
