As a Workplace Health Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective workplace health promotion strategies to support the health and wellbeing of employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop evaluation questions and/or framework to facilitate data collection and analysis.
  • Propose and develop indicators to review implemented programmes, based on stakeholders' requirements.
  • Critique existing programme frameworks or materials, and find ways to improve them.
  • Perform programme, landscape and health data analysis to identify trends and insights for health promotion among working adults.
  • Foster sustainable partnerships with companies and key stakeholders as part of HPB's engagement efforts to influence the work environment and industry partners.
  • Establish innovative, effective and sustainable workplace health promotion solutions to achieve good participation and positive health outcomes among workers.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with business administration, health-related or social sciences discipline.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, and self-motivated.
  • Good analytical, data management, inter-personal, persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well in teams.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment with short timelines.
