Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Floral Artist to join our team at Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flower freshness in all displays and arrangements, ensuring timely deliveries meet required standards, and supporting the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers.

This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements by adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Receive deliveries and ensure they meet the required standards by conducting thorough inspections and communicating with suppliers as necessary.
  • Support the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers by providing design expertise and assisting with production.
  • Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum secondary school education is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Relevant experience in floristry, hospitality, or a related field would be advantageous.
