Conference Producer Role

Take on the challenge of shaping impactful events in the life sciences sector as a Conference Producer.

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify key topics and emerging trends within biopharma and biotech.
  • Develop commercially successful conference programs that meet industry needs by identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Align with commercial goals through close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Secure high-level industry experts, thought leaders, and speakers to drive engagement and participation.
  • Oversee end-to-end conference production, including agenda creation, speaker liaison, and event logistics.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Analyze event performance and gather feedback to inform future improvements.

Sales and Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by working closely with sales and marketing to ensure commercial success.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to secure partnerships.
  • Monitor and manage event profitability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Contribute to new business development strategies to identify and validate potential new conferences.
  • Market Research& Analysis: Ability to identify key industry trends and emerging topics within biopharma and lifesciences sectors.
  • Project & Event Management: Expertise in managing multiple events from conception to execution, including agenda creation, speaker management, and logistics.
  • Sales and Commercial Acumen: Ability to drive revenue, manage P&L, and identify sponsorship opportunities to ensure commercial success.
  • Communication& Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with industry leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Content Creation & Innovation: Experience in developing compelling, scientifically relevant, and commercially viable conference programs.
