Job Description

This is a temporary clinic assistant position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves representing the clinic as a front-line support staff, handling patient registration, scheduling appointments, and promoting digital services.

The successful candidate will assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosks/digital services, provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
