We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive - Order Processing to join our team at THONG SIEK FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

  • To provide primarily support at the sales department by handling customer inquiries, updating documents, and performing administrative tasks.
  • To attend to customer phone enquiries and work closely with inter-departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • To follow up on document updates such as Invoices and Credit notes, E-Invoices to customers, and ensure timely transmission in the customer's portal.
  • To perform e-filing and other duties assigned by the immediate superior while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 'O' levels qualification.
  • A comfort level working with people from all levels, with good computer skills in MS Office.
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin, and Malay to communicate effectively with multilingual-speaking customers.
  • A well-organized and responsible individual with an aptitude for problem-solving, attentive to details, and fast learner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, meticulous, and independent.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short-term notice and willing to work on Saturdays when required, with allowance provided.
