Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead our global treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Bank Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, leading negotiations for credit facilities, syndicated loans, and banking services.

  • Liquidity & Cash Management: Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensure sufficient liquidity, implement cash pooling structures, and optimize working capital.

  • Foreign Exchange Risk Management: Identify and quantify FX exposures, design hedging strategies, monitor FX market developments, and report on hedge effectiveness.

  • Treasury Operations & Controls: Oversee treasury systems, develop policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate reporting of treasury metrics.

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Balance cost of capital, manage financial risks, support sustainability goals, and provide insights during strategic planning cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of treasury experience, ideally within the oil & gas or energy sector.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, high attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.
